How do i sign up and become a member?

Simply login or create an account with us.

Account holders are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Club.

Is there a monthly/weekly membership fee?

No. Our club is completely free to join and you will not be required to pay any fees as a member.

Can i transfer points and rewards from different accounts?

No. All points accumulated on each account are separate and cannot be combined.

Why has my membership has been deactivated without notice?

Members suspected of fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate or abuse the Club will result in the member's account being deactivated automatically. The membership may be reactivated or the account will be deleted after further investigation.

When a membership is deactivated or deleted, all outstanding points and outstanding rewards associated with the membership are forfeited.

Can i deactivate/delete my membership?

Members are welcome to deactivate or delete their Loyalty Club membership at anytime.

Please note, when a membership is deactivated. The customer will not have access to any outstanding points or rewards associated with the membership.

You do not have to delete your customer account to deactivate your Loyalty Club membership. This can be done separately.

Can i reactivate my membership?

If you have only deactivated your Loyalty Club membership and did not delete your customer account, yes. In most cases, we will be able to reactivate your membership.

Restricted customers, deleted memberships and deleted customer accounts cannot be reactivated.

How do I collect points?

Complete a task in our Loyalty Club. After every successful task, your account will be rewarded.

How often do the rewards change?

Any changes to our rewards will be announced on our social media and through our newsletter.

Make sure to follow/subscribe so you don't miss out.

How do i know how many points i have?

Once you're logged in, your can view you total points balance on the Loyalty Club page.

How can i redeem my points for rewards?

Rewards featured in The Collections Studio Loyalty Club Rewards Shop are available for redemption.

Eligible rewards can be viewed once logged into your account under Rewards Shop.

Yes. Once you have earned the required number of points for a reward, you can redeem from the Rewards Shop.

Will my points or claimed rewards expire?

Loyalty Club points will expire 1 year from the date they were earned.

Redeemed rewards will expire 30 days from the date they were earned.

How many rewards can i use on a single order?

Only 1 reward can be used for an order.

If i cancel my order, can i keep the points awarded from that order?

No. Any points awarded for a purchase, will be deducted from your total points balance, once the order cancellation has been confirmed.

If i used a reward on an order, but cancelled. Will the points be refunded?

Yes. The equivalent amount of points used for the purchase, will be refunded to your account.

Please bear in mind, any points rewarded from your purchase, will be deducted because the order was cancelled.

What does the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
